Because of the diversity of the events the caterer is responsible for all rentals including tables and chairs and linens.
Wedding receptions: The couple may interview and select a caterer of their choice as well as purchase and deliver their own alcohol.
Fundraising Events: a one-day alcohol license can be obtained for special events and the sale of alcohol. This process may take up to six weeks.
